Novotel Melbourne St Kilda, Melbourne

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff. However, the additional charges on my bill were a downside. The location was great for beach lovers and those wanting easy access to the city center.

The hotel offers rooms with limited storage but a large comfortable bed, in a spa bath with nice views, including a great birthday surprise. The service can be questionable as they charged extra on my card and were not entirely truthful, but the night shift staff have shown great hospitality and a focus on customer service. The location is superb, right across from the Beach and convenient for exploring all that St Kilda has to offer. The dining experience, included in the rate, was average at best, but the succulent organic chicken was a standout. The facilities are decent overall.
